We loved the pool and the cozy ambiance of the hotel, especially the warm cookies at check-in. We spent a day at the Balloon Fiesta and even went skiing nearby! The breakfast was good, and everything was super clean. I highly recommend it for a fun get-together.

The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.
Checking in was a complete nightmare. The front desk was understaffed, and the person there didn't seem to know how to handle the check-in process. I ended up waiting over half an hour just to get my room key, which didn't even work. I'm furious about the lack of professionalism and the chaos during a busy time.

I loved how easy it was to explore nearby North Domingo Baca Park, just about 2 km away, and the Anderson-Abruzzo International Balloon Museum, only a short walk of almost 3 km. Both places offered great views and were perfect for leisurely strolls after a long day.

The King Room was super comfy, like really cozy! The bed and pillows were amazing, I slept like a baby. The room was clean and smelled nice. I loved the big window view-I even saw hot air balloons floating by in the morning! The only downside was I missed breakfast because I didn't know it ended at 9am. But overall, I felt right at home in my room.
